Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate sales and leadership. This role involves not only driving property sales but also managing a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Strategically plan and execute sales activities to maximise market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop winning strategies.
  • Oversee property viewings, site visits, and presentations, ensuring a premium client experience.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and fair terms for all stakeholders.
  • Review and approve sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Foster strong post-sale client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership/managerial role (real estate preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.
  • Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
  • Experience Required: 8+ years (including leadership experience)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday off)
