• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved.
• Regularly evaluating the performance and preparing concise sales reports.
• Increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide sales representatives.
• Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insight
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  

Qualification

• Science graduate and MBA Sales & marketing
• Formal certification in Microsoft excel is an advantage

Experience

• Working knowledge and experience of minimum 3-5 years of handling consumables for laboratories, pharma industry, life sciences.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience of managing Channel Sales in consumables is an added advantage
• Minimum experience of independently managing Channels at Regional level for 1-2 years
