Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed regional targets Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships Conduct client visits, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions Deliver impactful technical presentations to showcase product capabilities Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and execute campaigns Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 8-10 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or related industries Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Target oriented & high sales driven. Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a sizeable sales team Technical Aptitude: Comfort in understanding and explaining testing equipment applications Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho) and MS Office Suite Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
