To achieve set sales target for the Region through different channels, develop workable relationship with customers and decision makers & support in Marketing activities in the Region
1. Experience in Sales Forecast, achieving set Sales & Collections Targets
2. Experience in all Channels of Sales - Direct, Dealers & Distributors (Appointment, Monitoring & Ensuring their Performance) & Government Bodies
3. Outstanding in Sales & Collections Targets achievement
4. Coordinate with Service Teams for superior After Sales Service Experience
5. Providing support to Marketing Team in terms of Competitor Analysis / Information, Customer / User Testimonials, organizing events etc.
6. Nurturing and maintaining relationship with Industry KOLs
7. Workable rapport with Doctors and other medical staff for promoting Phoenix Products, obtain feedback on existing Products / Services and New Product Development
8. Periodic Sales Reports through CRM Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Candidates with 3-4 years in Maternal & Infant Care devices (MIC products) selling.
