Area Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibility

• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
• Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
• Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
• Graduate or equivalent degree.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the Faucets/CP Bath & Sanitary ware/Pipe & Fittings (building materials industry).
• 3-7 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience and industry
