Area Sales Manager

• To develop & Control Sales of Distributors and Field Staff
• Lead a team of professionals, Commission agents
• Networking of dealers for Expansion and business development.
• Promotional activities with Health Professionals, Retailers and Dealers.
• Manage and control the sales, promotional activities, to achieve sales objectives.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Age around 30-35 years.
• Minimum 7-10 years experience with at least 2- 3 years as manager in sales & marketing.
• Preferable experience with Surgical / Orthopaedics supports / implants in a company.
• Should be able to travel 10-12 days every month outside HQ.
• Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organizations products across multiple or non-specified channels.
• Sales planning, Strategy Implementation & Execution for desired result.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, trends, and market insights.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive results.
