JOB DESCRIPTION: To develop & Control Sales of Distributors and Field Staff Lead a team of professionals, Commission agents Networking of dealers for Expansion and business development. Promotional activities with Health Professionals, Retailers and Dealers. Manage and control the sales, promotional activities, to achieve sales objectives. . REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Age around 30-35 years. Minimum 7-10 years experience with at least 2- 3 years as manager in sales & marketing. Preferable experience with Surgical / Orthopaedics supports / implants in a company. Should be able to travel 10-12 days every month outside HQ. Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organizations products across multiple or non-specified channels. Sales planning, Strategy Implementation & Execution for desired result. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, trends, and market insights. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive results. Must have his/her own vehicle. Experience in Sales line preferably Medical/orthosupport of 2-5 Years.
