Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales for 5 assigned societies
Identify high-potential buyers & convert leads into closures
Conduct property visits and showcase project benefits
Build strong relationships with residents, RWAs & committees
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets + share performance reports
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Deep market understanding + independent working style
Passion to excel in field sales & earn BIG!
