Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets and KPIs for the assigned area.Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.Organize and oversee sales activities, promotional campaigns, and events within the region.Ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service).Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
