Role & responsibilities Managing home loan sales and developing sales strategies Collaborate with builders/ channel partners and empanel them with Magicbricks Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process. Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy. Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise. Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD. Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business. End to end follow up until payouts and disbursements Hiring and maintaining the team Maintaining P&L for the location given Skills and Requirements: Experienced in HL/LAP background and channel management. Should have a market connection in the area. Mandatory Team handling experience Graduate in any field Ability to build relationships Ability to understand customer needs Negotiation skills and sales mindset.
