Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within the food & beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of presales processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
