It has a strong workforce of over 1100 employees operating through a network of 60 offices in 58 cities across 23 states. The company’s extensive partner network includes around 5000 hospitals and more than 3100 auto service centres, offering a range of insurance products like health, personal accident, car, and two-wheeler insurance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with key clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and providing regular reports. The role requires effective coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Sales Strategy and Market Research
Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Team Leadership
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Adept in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
