Area Sales Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing distribution channels to achieve business objectives, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales, monitoring channel performance for areas of improvement, managing and expanding the current business portfolio, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to meet product specifications, and providing technical support to clients as required. We are seeking candidates with a B. Tech/Graduate & MBA degree, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience in channel management, business development, and the building materials industry. Strong analytical skills, moderate communication abilities, and the willingness to travel extensively are essential for this role. Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in gypsum products will be preferred.
