Area Sales Manager- Kerela

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager at Oswaal Books, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation in various regions of India. Your responsibilities will include managing a designated sales territory, developing new business opportunities, engaging with clients, executing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: - Territory Management: Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and understand customer needs within your assigned territory. - New Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations. Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements. - Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, promotions, and enhancements. - Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 3-9 years of successful field sales experience. - Familiarity with the local geography of the assigned territory. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel extensively within India.
