Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Kollam Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities within your assigned territory, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, develop effective sales strategies, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned area. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in home appliances or electronics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
