Jagdamba Cutlery Ltd., a respected name in the stainless steel and kitchenware industry, is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage regional sales and drive growth in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned area • Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks • Build strong relationships with channel partners and key retail accounts • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies • Conduct regular field visits and ensure product visibility and availability • Execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies at the ground level Key Skills Required: • Channel Sales Management • Distributor/Dealer Development • Territory Sales Planning • Target Achievement & Field Execution • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills • Familiarity with retail and institutional kitchenware/FMCG sales preferred Candidate Profile: • 5–7 years of sales experience in kitchenware • Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region • Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
