As we accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a passionate sales professional to build our presence in the key Indian market.


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to pioneer our growth in India. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the market strategy for a leading brand.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing a strong distributor network, and driving sales of our complete automation product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record in the industrial automation sector and an existing network of contacts.


  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals for the Indian region.
  2. Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
  3. Directly engage with key OEMs, system integrators, and end-users in target industries to secure new projects and business.
  4. Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with our technical team to provide compelling solutions and support to customers.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to HQ.


  • Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in the industrial automation industry.
  3. Non-negotiable requirement: Proven experience selling VFDs, Servo Drives, and/or Motors.
  4. Established network of contacts and relationships with potential clients and distributors in the Indian market.
  5. Strong technical aptitude to understand and discuss product applications effectively.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently and travel extensively.
