Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of Sales managers DSA and Direct to achieve sales targets for affordable/Prime housing loans and LAP products. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable segment, focusing on mortgage loans, home loans, and secured loans. Build strong relationships with channel partners, including builders, developers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Monitor performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 9-14 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in Banking & NBFC industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team handling and relationship building. Strong understanding of Prime/Affordable housing loan & LAP products. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
