JOB DESCRIPTION – AREA SALES MANAGER (B2B)

Location: Kota (Field Role)
Salary: ₹8000–₹25,000 Fixed + 1% Incentive (earning potential up to ₹50,0000/month)
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales (Building Materials preferred)

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead B2B sales & marketing for UPVC & Aluminium Windows across Kota and surrounding regions.
The role focuses on architects, interior designers, builders, contractors & dealers.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Client Acquisition

  • Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and convert them into channel partners.
  • Identify new construction projects (villas, bungalows, farmhouses, commercial).
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

2. Lead Generation & Market Coverage

  • Daily site visits across active construction areas.
  • Maintain pipeline of 100+ hot and warm leads.
  • Map Kota market: Kunhari, Talwandi, Indra Vihar, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Borkhera, City Mall belt, etc.
  • Hadoti Market Baran,Bundi,Jhalawar,Rawatbhata,Ramganjmandi,deoli,sawaimadhopur

3. Sales Targets & Revenue

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and conversion analysis.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing.

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct small events with architects/contractors.
  • Represent Green Palm Windows in exhibitions, market visits and awareness campaigns.
  • Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitors, new projects).

5. Customer Handling

  • Handle B2B clients professionally from enquiry to installation.
  • Coordinate with site team for measurements & BOQs.
  • Ensure smooth after-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication and relationship building
  • Confidence in field sales
  • Knowledge of real estate/construction sector
  • Two-wheeler mandatory
  • Ambitious, target-oriented, and self-driven
  • Basic MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting skills

Performance Expectations

  • 15–20 B2B meetings per week
  • 40–50 new leads per month
  • Monthly revenue target: ₹5–₹15 lakh
  • Strong architect/contractor network building

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹25,000

Variable:

  • 1% of invoice value
  • Incentive capped at ₹500,000/month
  • Achievers can earn ₹20,000–₹60,000/month total
