Job Summary

Area Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Sales Executives/Representatives, developing market strategies, and strengthening customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of
Sales Executives / Field Sales Representatives

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and report insights to management.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and brand presence.
Review team performance through daily reports, MIS, and sales dashboards.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and commercial guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Assist in planning sales promotions, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
