As an Area Sales Manager for Gold Loan products, your role involves driving sales in the assigned area. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share for Gold Loan products - Identifying potential customers, building relationships, generating leads, and converting them into sales - Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business growth opportunities - Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvement - Training and mentoring sales team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge - Collaborating with other departments for smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Staying updated with industry trends, competition, and market conditions for informed decision-making - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of local market and customer preferences - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Education Qualification: - Graduation in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate degree - Post-graduation in MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) Experience: - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.,
