Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Bathinda

Location: Bathinda
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4–6 years in Sales (Telecom / Finance / FMCG)

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Handle overall sales operations for the Bathinda area.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct regular market visits, identify new business opportunities, and ensure proper market coverage.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
Ensure team productivity through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
4–6 years of experience in Sales (Telecom/Finance/FMCG).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of the Bathinda/Punjab market.
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
