Area Sales Manager- General and modern trade - Personal care

You will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory, appointing, managing, and developing channel partners, distributors, and retailers. Additionally, you will need to execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and market penetration, train and monitor performance of field sales executives, analyze sales data and share reports with management, and ensure timely collections and credit management. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 4+ years of experience in area sales management in the beauty and personal care segment, proven ability to build and manage a sales network, graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field, strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
