Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and new business development in the region.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales or General Trade with a focus on Area Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective team handling and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of local markets, competitors, and consumer behavior in Uttar Pradesh (Jhansi).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
