We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in on-site real estate sales and client closing . Youll be the face of our flagship project Skyline , engaging with walk-in prospects, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth negotiation-to-booking conversions. Key Responsibilities Attend and engage walk-in clients at the project site. Present project features, amenities, and USPs effectively to potential buyers. Conduct guided site visits and follow up with leads from various sources (digital, referrals, local promotions). Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and registration. Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-up using CRM tools. Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams for seamless handover. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales , preferably residential projects. Strong communication and persuasion skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English . Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Presentable personality and professional grooming. Good understanding of local market dynamics and buyer preferences. Ability to work weekends and public holidays (weekly off on weekdays). Own two-wheeler preferred.
