Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and engage walk-in clients at the project site.
  • Present project features, amenities, and USPs effectively to potential buyers.
  • Conduct guided site visits and follow up with leads from various sources (digital, referrals, local promotions).
  • Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and registration.
  • Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-up using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams for seamless handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years

    of experience in

    real estate sales

    , preferably residential projects.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in

    Marathi, Hindi, and English

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Presentable personality and professional grooming.
