The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building relationships with prospective buyers and investors, and assisting clients in property selection. Daily tasks include lead generation, property tours, coordination of transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the Noida real estate market to support clients in making informed decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills Knowledge of the real estate market and expertise in property consultancy Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is an advantage Prior experience in a real estate or sales role is preferred
