Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area (Rohtak).
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions

Preferred candidate profille

  • 1-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales or General Trade with a focus on Team Handling/Leading/Team Management.
  • Strong understanding of local markets and ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution.
