Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (must)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel extensively across UP West
Familiarity with distribution networks and retail trade dynamics
