Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Expand and manage a strong dealer/distributor network across the region
  • Lead and motivate the regional sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Ensure timely collections and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Represent the brand in trade meets, exhibitions, and promotional events


Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)
  • Strong background in channel sales and territory management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle team performance
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region
