Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Dental Pharmaceuticals

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dental pharma products in the assigned area.
Drive prescription generation by building and maintaining relationships with dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, and dental surgeons.
Identify new business opportunities in dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions.
Ensure effective product positioning and availability in the market.

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) or Field Sales Executives.
Conduct joint field visits with MRs and support them in converting key accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Dental, or related field ( B.Pharm, M.Pharm preferred).
Minimum
3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of dental market and product portfolio
Leadership and team management
Sales strategy and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
