Job Description

The area sales manager will be responsible for increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and leading a team of field sales representatives. This role involves delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating sales team performance, and preparing concise sales reports. Additionally, the manager will be required to develop and modify customer frequency plans as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Managing, training, and providing guidance to the sales team in the designated territory. - Setting achievable sales targets for the team and monitoring their performance. - Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management. - Traveling to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and enhance brand awareness. - Using different communication channels to close sales and build long-term customer relationships. - Implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects. Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field (preferred). - Proven sales experience, preferably in a specific sector. - Track record of meeting sales quotas. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
