Job Description

Objective:

The ASM is a leader of a business unit/territory (Branches & or STLs), He is like a mini distributor responsible for planning, deploying and executing joint business Plans & building organization capability.

He will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals.

As an owner of the business unit he will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions. He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributors Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable operations. The ASM will achieve all of this by LEADING/MANAGING & MOTIVATING a high-performance organization.
