Job Description

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing sales operations within a defined geographical area. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned area. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Organize promotional events, product launches, and roadshows as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
