Develop and execute account plans for existing and new channel partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build long-term business relationships with channel partner executives to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with channel partners on sales opportunities, including joint strategies and engagement with end-users.
Train and develop channel partners on product lines and sales methodologies.
Track, report, and analyze performance to produce volume and forecast accuracy required to meet team and corporate goals.
Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities using email, phone, and on-site cold calling.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of prior consultative, field sales experience.
Experience in selling products related to entrance control solutions such as Boom Barriers, Tripods, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Gate/Door Operators, Bollards, Road Blockers, Parking Management Solutions, and RFID is preferred.
A verifiable history of accountability, perseverance, and goal achievement demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit and value-centric, consultative sales process.
Strong task-orientation and problem-solving skills allow you to operate independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with excellent verbal, writing, communication, and presentation skills, are essential.
Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

Additional Info

The role requires 8-10 days of overnight travel per month.
