Area Sales Manager (ASM)

You will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve sales targets and handle sales promotion activities. You will create a monthly doctor visiting plan for all team members and ensure its effective implementation through regular follow-ups and discussions. Organizing special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals as per the daily and monthly planning will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will set up campaigns and awareness programs for patients and healthcare professionals, maintain regular contact with team members to foster healthy communication and relationships, and organize conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals. Generating new business through your team, meeting all requirements of the team, and reviewing sales and stock availability in the assigned area will be crucial tasks. You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and providing daily reports to seniors about work, meetings, and performance. Market review of new products and services, keeping detailed records of contacts, attending regular company meetings, staying updated about company products, services, and schemes, and monitoring competitors" activities, products, and services are also key aspects of the role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required. You must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Coimbatore before starting work.,
