Job Opening: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Guwahati

We are hiring a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales, distribution, and dealer network expansion for packaged dry fruits across Guwahati & North-East region. The role involves appointing distributors, managing field sales executives, and ensuring market penetration through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
• Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience with 2–3 years as ASM/Team Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Guwahati & North-East markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,898.26 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• FMCG sales: 8 years (Preferred)
