Job Description:

Gahmar Admark Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – B2B Sales to lead and grow our business in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key corporate clients, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
• Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients and channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team in the area
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and projects

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in area or territory sales management
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Good knowledge of local market and corporate sales cycles
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales (advertising / marketing / services preferred)
• MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing
• Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively
• Experience in handling corporate and enterprise clients
