Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our loan sales efforts across a defined region. The candidate must have 5–8 years of proven experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), with strong market knowledge, team-handling capabilities, and a deep network of DSAs and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the assigned area
• Identify and onboard DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners
• Manage and support a team of sales executives/relationship officers
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing and disbursement coordination
• Work closely with credit and operations teams for faster TAT and improved customer experience
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to realign strategies
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the sales team
• Maintain healthy pipeline and ensure high conversion rates

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Home Loan and LAP sales
• Strong understanding of loan products, eligibility, documentation, and local market dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling DSAs/builders and achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team leader
• Graduation is a must; MBA is an added advantage
