Area Sales Manager (ASM) Solar EPC (B2C)

Location: Hyderabad- 2(Residential and C&I) and Rayalaseema - 1

Age Range: 25 - 30 years

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive customer acquisition and sales growth for our Solar EPC B2C business in the Hyderabad and Rayalaseema region. The ASM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team (where applicable), generating leads, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned region.
  • Generate B2C leads through multiple channels (direct sales, referrals, events, and digital platforms).
  • Educate and consult customers on solar energy solutions, system benefits, and financing options.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and proposal preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and finance) to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Experience:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of solar systems (rooftop/ground mount).
  • Ability to work independently and handle targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
