Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquire new
B2B clients (builders, brokers, developers)
through field visits, networking, and market mapping.
Pitch
RoyalNiwas.com advertising and lead-generation solutions
and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
Manage and nurture client relationships for renewal, retention, and upselling of digital listings & marketing packages.
Conduct product demos / presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients on
RoyalNiwas.com
.
Track
market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
to identify business opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and share daily/weekly reports with management.
Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure timely campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Represent

professionally in field meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Preferred candidate profile

Have a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Be experienced in
B2B field sales
and comfortable with regular client visits.
Possess strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Be well-versed with CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
