We are in the process of expanding our operations and currently seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to be a part of our team as an Area Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and achieving monthly and annual sales growth targets. You will be tasked with building and leading a high-performance sales team, developing and expanding the dealer network in the assigned territory, and gathering essential market intelligence. Additionally, your role will involve promoting company products with a strong emphasis on technical knowledge and field presence. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales and marketing within the agricultural input sector. Previous experience with Seeds and PGR products would be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for agriculture and rural engagement.
