Human Resources · Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes · Maintain employee records, attendance & payroll · Draft & implement HR policies, employee code of conduct · Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. · Conduct training coordination, performance appraisals, and grievance handling 2. Administration · Office coordination, vendor and asset management · Documentation & filing, digital and physical record keeping · Oversee AMC contracts, vehicle, facility, and housekeeping management · Maintain legal & government compliance records 3. Accounts & Finance · Day-to-day accounting: voucher entries, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations · Maintain books of accounts in Tally or equivalent software · Support in budgeting, financial MIS, and internal audits · Filing returns (GST, TDS, PT) and liaising with CA/consultants Desired Skills · Proficient in MS Office, Tally/Zoho/Busy or similar software · Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking abilities · Familiarity with Indian Labour Laws, Taxation & Compliance · Self-driven, ethical, and able to handle confidential data Apply Now!
