Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive area sales strategy aligned with zonal/state objectives.
  • Manage, guide, and inspire the area sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build strong channel networks and ensure distributor onboarding & engagement.
  • Ensure effective execution of B2C sales plans and promotions.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and gather market intelligence.
  • Develop territory sales budgets and monitor ROI on sales activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose expansion plans within the area.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in leading sales teams.
  • Solid experience in B2C sales, channel sales, and distributor management.
  • Ability to drive results through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
