Urgent Requirement for a leading Healthtech firm
Position: Area Sales HeadLocation: Vizag/ChennaiExperience: 8-13 YearsTimings: 9 AM - 6 PMMonday to Saturday
Responsibilities:- Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives- Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year- Building the brand within the defined hospital network zone- Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers- Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives- Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches- Preparing sales reports/power point presentations- Managing reconciliation with the hospital
Requirements:- Should have 8 +yrs of experience in team leading (on roll 10 team members)- Strong sales experience in B2C services, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards.- Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.- Team management experience, preferably with a focus on managing female staff.- Retention and attrition control expertise.
