Job Description

As a Sales Executive at VTR Industries Pvt Ltd in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in expanding the field-sales team for WPC/PVC/ply and allied building-material products. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting dealers/distributors, contractors, and end-users in the assigned territory. - Generating new business and maintaining/growing existing accounts for our product lines. - Conducting product demonstrations and site visits as needed. - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Providing market feedback, competitor insights, and reporting field activity to the Sales Manager. - Maintaining sales records, forecasts, and territory updates. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, with a preference for experience in WPC/PVC/ply or allied building-materials. - A minimum Graduate qualification. - Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s). - Residency in or around Visakhapatnam, with a bike and a valid driving license for mandatory field travel. - Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal/negotiation skills.
