As a Store Accountant at DV Electromatic Pvt. Ltd., your primary role will involve maintaining and updating store accounts, inventory records, and stock ledgers in Tally ERP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inward and outward stock entries, ensuring the accuracy of material receipts and issues. - Monitoring daily stock movement and preparing stock reconciliation statements. - Coordinating with the purchase and store departments for proper material documentation. - Generating GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), Issue Slips, and Stock Registers. - Preparing and verifying invoices, bills, and vouchers. - Ensuring timely accounting of purchases, sales, and returns. - Conducting monthly/quarterly stock audits and highlighting discrepancies. - Assisting management with MIS reports related to inventory and accounts. - Maintaining proper filing of store-related financial records and ensuring compliance.
