Area Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 – 3 years in sales
Industry: WPC / PVC / Ply (weightage will be given to candidates with experience in this industry)
Education: Minimum Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts in the region for our WPC/PVC/ply product lines.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and end-users.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and site visits when required.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• 1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in WPC, PVC, plywood or allied building materials).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and preferably Assamese or a local language.
• Strong negotiation, customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the regional market around Guwahati/Assam is desirable.
• Comfortable with travel and field work as needed.
• BIKE WITH VALID D.L
