Role & responsibilities Job Purpose Be product ambassador, promoting Haleon leading brands. Build relationships with retailers, sub Dbs and distributors Build in-store awareness by leading promotions, launching new products, and educating shoppers Ensure we present and promote our products in the best way. Helping shoppers make informed choices. Moreover, as a Area Sales Executive / Officer at Haleon, people would be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our organisational business plan within a specific geography. These business plans include required infrastructure, distributor networks, and distribution points, in-store execution, and sales value delivery. In this role, people will help translate Haleon' business strategy in trade, achieving a mutually beneficial strategy with our trade partners. As an Area Sales Executive, you will: - Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve defined sales targets in the rural and Subdb market - Managing team of rural salesmen / USRs and ensuring entire market is catered to properly - Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned area - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members within the area - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management - Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most: Minimum Level of Education Required: Any Graduate, Preferred MBA. Previous Experience Required: 7+ years of which at least 5 years will be in consumer industry. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar role.
