Area Sales Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives with passion for field sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with clients in the field, and achieving the company’s sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field sales activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Actively identify new business opportunities and leads through networking and outreach. - Negotiate contracts and close sales in a timely manner. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. - Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Collect payments and manage accounts to ensure timely cash flow. - Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on customer experiences and market trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record in field sales, with at least 2 yrs of hands-on experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a competitive environment. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation , preferably 2 wheeler required.
